Regeneration masterplan for town centre riverside including: new Bridge, Queen’s Mill, civic square, boardwalk, ‘string-of-pearls’ lighting, nature path, hydro-electic turbine, weir fish-pass and redevelopment sites; to focus on the River Aire as an under-used asset by improving access and investment opportunities.
