Olivers Wharf Penthouse

Three storey 4,000 sq ft loft in Grade II Listed Victorian tea warehouse on the Thames for an artist, with private gallery, studio and three roof terraces. New levels and contemporary spaces created using natural materials to complement and contrast the restored historic fabric.

Sensitive restoration included detailed consultation with Historic England and Tower Hamlets to achieve a clear and complementary balance between old and new.

“I’ve built in many parts of the world and Benedetti Architects are without question the best architects I’ve worked with.”
