Award-winning 13,500 ft2 ‘incubator’ managed offices and facilities to encourage knowledge-based start-up businesses in Stokesley, North Yorkshire.
Two storeys of flexible office units surround a central double-height atrium communal space. Support facilities include training, management, IT and reception are also provided. The internal layout promotes sociability, a sense of community and the cross-fertilisation of ideas. The layout is easily adaptable to suit various unit sizes.
