Benedetti Architects have submitted outline planning permission for the revised scheme of a new mixed-use regeneration development in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire which is currently a derelict site, to deliver new homes, a new park and 1000m2 of commercial space.
A public consultation will take place on 28 October 2017 in Uttoxeter to showcase the development’s updated masterplan.

Benedetti Architects are delighted to announce that we have received planning permission for Manor Place Terrace, a 6 storey mixed-use building including 56 residential units, cafe, and provisions for a health centre and associated pharmacy in Southwark, London. It is part of the London Borough of Southwark’s Regeneration in Partnership Programme commitment to deliver new affordable homes.

Connock and Lockie in Lamb’s Conduit Street has been shortlisted for the AJ Retrofit Awards 2017 in the ‘Listed Building Awards (Under £5 million)’ category. The 2017 winners will be annouced at an awards ceremony at The Brewery in London on 13 September.
