We are delighted to announce that Benedetti Architects as part of the stellar DSDHA team have been shortlisted to design 4 bridges as part of the important National Museums Liverpool – Waterfront Transformation / Canning Dock Competition run by Colander. The competition brief aims to find innovative and creative solutions to help re-invent Liverpool’s Waterfront and respond to its unique history and ensuring that Black communities are engaged and their rich history represented. The proposal will transform the area between the Royal Albert Dock and Mann Island, connecting the 7 museums and galleries; Museum of Liverpool, World Museum, International Slave Museum, Merseyside Maritime Museum, Walker Art Gallery, Sudley House and Lady Lever Gallery.
