Millerhare Offices
Refurbishment and fit-out of 7750ft2 office spaces occupying a full floor of the historic Grade II Listed Mappin House near Oxford Circus, for Millerhare, an award-winning architectural visualisation firm.
Millerhare required spaces to develop innovative new visualisation techniques, and demonstrate these to clients. They also needed a fully serviced open plan office to accommodate the company’s expanding workforce, with an advanced ventilation system to control heat generated by heavy ICT infrastructure.
