Holborn Apartments

The new 4-storey building provides an autonomous residential entrance and circulation core which also links into the adjacent rooftop penthouses above the office. The large double-height penthouses on the corner are set behind a cor-ten solar/privacy screen. Offices and retail showroom are refurbished throughout.

New building and roof-top extension to existing corner office building, creating a mixed use development with 13 new apartments in addition to the existing commercial space on a prominent corner site in London’s West End next to Camden’s Red Lion Square conservation area.

“The nature of the spaces has been very carefully thought through and the design of the new elements are both well integrated with the existing building and fine pieces of architecture in their own right”
